The house itself is a new build, finished in fall of 2021. Located in The Reserve at Cotton Bayou (just to the west of Zeke's Marina), there could not be a more convenient location to all the nearby attractions. The house has 4 bedrooms, a loft with bunk beds, and 3.5 baths and is sure to comfortably accommodate even the largest of families. There are enough beds for 14 people plus plenty of room to add air mattresses if you need to.

The kitchen contains everything you would ever need for cooking gourmet meals to making cocktails for happy hour. The very large kitchen island has 5 bars stools. The dining room table is also very large and seats 8 people.

Just off the kitchen, and a part of the main/open living area, is seating area with a large 75" TV. The seating area has 2 full-size couches (one has a pull-out bed) and two swivel chairs.

The luxurious master suite is on the same level as the main living area and kitchen. The master suite has a king size bed, very large walk in closet (with a crib), dual vanity sinks, very large shower, and soaking tub. Also located on this level of the house is the full size laundry room and a half bath. There is a large covered front deck off the main living area on this level. There is an extra large rear deck on this level with layout chairs and a full size outdoor dining table with umbrella. One of our favorite things to do is enjoy happy hour while watching the sunsets on the rear deck.

On the second level of the house is 3 more bedrooms, 2 full baths, and the loft with bunk beds and games.

Underneath the house are several swings, a hammock, and other seating options. There is a charcoal grill for use.
