Beach and Bayou Access
Conveniently located just on the north side of Perdido Beach Blvd, both the Beach and Cotton Bayou are both a short walk away. The deeded beach access across the street is not near any high rises and thus that part of the beach is never crowded. Bayou access is located right next to Zeke’s Marina. Kayaks are available at the rear of the house for use in the Cotton Bayou.
Pool
Unwind after a morning at the beach at the quaint and quiet community pool located at the rear of the house. With such a small neighborhood, you almost always have the entire pool to yourselves.
Things to Do
From beach bum to nature lover to gaming enthusiast – there is something nearby for everyone! Walk right over to Zeke’s next door for fishing charters that range from 1/2 day to several day trips. The But Hut is in a great location for golf – as there are 10+ golf courses located within 20 miles. Some of the best shopping around is also nearby – with the Wharf only several miles away and the Foley Tanger Outlets within 15 minutes. There are numerous arcades and putt-putt courses for the kids within minutes of the house. Off the beaten path, there are more than 28 miles of paved walking and biking paths at the Gulf State Park (5 mins away).

The But Hut truly offers the best of both worlds - while there is SO much to do nearby, the house itself is also brand new and offers luxuries that most beach houses and condos in the area do not. There is a large covered front deck, large rear deck with layout chairs and an outdoor dining table, as well as swings, chairs, and a hammock beneath the house. While right off Perdido Beach Blvd, the area feels quiet and secluded.
The inside of the house offers top tier amenities. The main living area is open concept and open to the very large kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything the aspiring chef could every want and includes a very large kitchen island. There is a dining table that seats 8 people. With 2 full size couches and 2 chairs, there is adequate seating for everyone in the main living area regardless of party size. The main living area features a 75" 4K TV. All bedrooms include their own TV as well. Every mattress in the house is brand new. The house also has many features, including baby gates, that cater towards families with small children.
The luxurious master suite is equipped with a King size bed, a full-size walk in closet, and a master bath that includes dual vanity sinks, a very large walk-in shower, and large soaking tub.
